Edible Art in Art Club

For our final art club, we talked about the art of food presentation, and then made sushi. When I told the kids I'd brought them raw fish, rice, and seaweed wrap, they were less than thrilled. But when Amy and I brought out the real ingredients (Rice Krispies Squares, Fruit by the Foot and gummy fish) they were pretty excited. Check out their "sushi" below!
